The Young Israel of Hillcrest is preparing a Shul Directory of its members.

We are also preparing a Shul Member Email list.  This list will be used to send you Shul notices and flyers and to allow quick communication from us to you and from you to us.  One of the goals of using this Email list is to help reduce our ever increasing postage, paper and printing costs by replacing routine US Postal Service (USPS) mail with Email for as many of our members as possible.  (Personalized or confidential mailings, such as Shul statements, etc., will continue to be sent via USPS mail.)

With your agreement, we will stop sending you these routine mailings by USPS & start sending them out via Email. If you agree to join the Shul's Email list, please send an Email to Email@YIHillcrest.org and let us know which of the following options you're choosing:

• Option A: We agree to receive routine mailings via Email & you may remove us from routine YIH USPS mailings.

• Option B: We agree to receive routine mailings via Email, but do not remove us from routine YIH USPS mailings.

• Option C: We do not have or use Email.

Also, with your agreement, we will include your Email address in the Shul Directory. Let us know that we may do so by including the following:

"We agree to have this Email address included in the YIH "Shul Directory".

Be sure to include your full names in the Email so that we know who you are.  And if you want the Shul Emails to be sent to more than one address, you must send us individual Emails from each address.
